The ideal candidate for Monarch demonstrates an ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, has exceptional communication skills, and possesses the drive and determination to be an integral part of a continually successful organization. We have two locations in Northeast Philadelphia - our Headquarters and our Collector Development Center.
